MedCap AB (publ) has, through its subsidiary Unimedic Pharma AB, signed an agreement to divest the rights to the product Vitamin D to Pharmaprim AB.

MedCap (publ) has, through its subsidiary Abilia, signed an agreement to acquire the company Cognita AS (“Cognita”). The transaction has an important value to Abilia, that has a leading position in assistive technology in the Nordics, by strengthening and broadening the position within digital assistive products.
